Easy Air Fryer Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 heads Broccoli
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, optional
- Lemon Zest, optional
- Fresh Lemon Juice, optional
- Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional
Directions
- Cut broccoli into medium sized florets leaving the stalks on each floret as long as you prefer
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F per the manufactuerer's instructions
- Thoroughly rinse the prepared broccoli florets and pat mostly dry with a paper towel
- Add prepared broccoli to a large mixing bowl
- Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the broccoli
- Toss to combine, using clean hands to work the oil and spices evenly over all of the broccoli
- Add broccoli in a single layer to the basket of your air fryer
- Air fry for 4 minutes, then carefully toss the broccoli
- Air fry for an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until the broccoli is done to your liking
- Repeat with additional batches as needed to cook all of the broccoli
- Top with crushed red pepper flakes, fresh lemon zest, fresh lemon juice and freshly grated parmesan cheese to taste before serving
